Cool, I was excited when I nailed the 2 plates on each side. Now I can't wait to get the 3 plates ...only like 55 more pounds to go.

That's really not a weak snatch Tuna, great job. Was it a snatch or a power snatch?

Snatch from the floor.
It was kinda odd- finished my deadlifts, was feeling great, and just went for it! I've been doing C&J's on my deadlift days, and snatch on squats/overhead squat day- so it was not really the day to do it...
... but I was feelin' raw at the moment... it felt right... and BAM- it was a done deal.
Now don't get me wrong... it WAS ugly (I'm no "Shane" just yet! )

Well last summer i was able to bench 160 or so but then i took all of the fall and most of winter off for some dumb reason. But now im back up to where i was. So i hit a new PR of 160/2:
Flat Benchpress 120/10, 140/8, 160/2
I have plenty of other PR's because im doing some new stuff so ill wait a few more weeks to list some more PR's.

160 snatch is good by the way. Especially if it wasn't a power snatch.

I forgot to mention, my 14 rep 90lb keg set was a PR as far as reps go.

What are you doing with kegs? Doesn't sound like "gym work" at all to me.... (hiccup)

Lol. If I would have filled it with beer that would have been one expensive training implement Nah, got the empty keg for $10, then filled it up with water. Woohoo. It's getting MUCH easier, gonna add about 20 lbs to it to put it at 110 lbs.
