So if you have a stress fracture in your neck, or had one, put the bar on the lower back, right on the bottom of your traps... .

Deadlifted 500 today. Planned on video taping it but completely forgot in the midst of my jacked-upness lol. Friends were all jacked up with me too so nobody remembered and nobody even realized it till 10 mins later lol.

Thanks for the compliments peeps. I promise next time i pull heavy I'll get a video of it. I seriously was completely jacked and focused. I musta stared hard at the bar for a good 3 minutes zoning out, then got chalked up and lit it up!.

It'd be a waste of time to do 500 again. We going to 510 next pull .

Military press 175 x 6 reps. Was lightheaded as hell after this set.

Yes, i know, some of you's out there are prolly wondering, why is a powerlifter doing military press? HMMMMMMMm

I'm trying to put some mass on my shoulder girdle is all.

I wasn't wondering that at all. 175 for 6 that's pretty darn good. I hope to get there for 1 someday.

Since i havn't push pressed in a while this is default (and was very easy):
165 x 7.

I think if i want i can hit 215 for a triple or so. We will see.
