Yes, i know, some of you's out there are prolly wondering, why is a powerlifter doing military press? HMMMMMMMm

I'm trying to put some mass on my shoulder girdle is all.
Nice military press. And actually no i didnt think about that question at all. I know tons of pl'ers that do military press and do it often.

AMG does military presses often and he has one of the best benches i've seen raw for a guy his size. I think hes at 600 at 242.

Big PR for me today on the bench press, 250x1. Thats 15 lbs. over my max 5 weeks ago and I've done only high rep, high volume, and shocks since. It must've done the trick for busting my seemingly endless plateau on the bench.

Nice BORs, I recently hit 195x5. Hoping to hit the 200s next heavy cycle.

I hit 255 for 3 sets of five yesterday on squats. Part of me wants to throw 300 on next time just to see if I can get it, but I don't know if I can.

I got 305 a week after 3 sets of 255 for 6. I'll bet you hit it.

Rack Pulled 555 PR today from 2 inches below the knee. Quite happy with that. Was a solid lift.

I dropped down to 315 for 15 rep set. That was crazy cardio.

Nice work Firehawk mate, super strong pull.

My minor PR for today was adding 3kg to my squat (and discovering my previously unincluded bar weighs 7.5kg) all up I now squat 221.5lbs (100.5kg).

there's the 100kg squat, and with the bodyweight bench that makes 2 goals down one to go ... run the 2.4km (Australian military standard fitness test distance) in under 9 minutes.

Cyall at 200kg.

Thanks dude. I'm hoping to pull 525 this saturday. We'll see though, the weight is getting quite heavy.
