After about a month off from heavy deadlifting, I hit a 385 rack pull yesterday. Height was about 5 inches off ground.

First rep was a whiff because I over-respected the weight. Then I rested, paced and psyched myself up before nailing it on the second try.

Klinger, was the bar off the floor 5 inches or the plates? The bar is off the floor by at least 5 inches when the deadlift is sitting on the floor already .

POST VIDEOS GUYS!
