I got a new PR. Parallel box squatted 315 lbs (PL squat). I know it is weak... I need to strengthen my hamstrings and butt.

Not been added to for a while so I thought I'd say I did a 330lb deadlift the other day. Also 136lbx5 powerclean for 3 sets.

500 pounds!? WOAH, haha. I love it when music comes on at the gym, it gets you all psyched up and everything.

Ok, well the other day in my weightlifting class, I maxed out on my squat. I lifted 415 pounds, and out of all the sophomores in my highschool, it's the highest squat and my bench+squat+clean total is the highest out of all the sophomores. I'm impressed with myself, I had no idea I could do that. I weigh about 155 pounds and I'm about 5'8" and a half feet tall.

Hey keto what's your form on the bent overs? I don't see how you could be doing so much more than me without getting sloppy. I am around 95 degrees to my legs while doing them.

The deadlift pr though is sweet.
