this weeks
farmers deadlift 277an arm (554 total) X1 held for an easy 15sec (cracked a big smile on my face, before dropping it) the hold is easy, the pull is harder, but felt stronger than ever "pulling" on my impliments (my impliments seem so much harder than others, I guess they are lower handles)
700lb tire flip (the beast in the contest vid) 16flips
the first 8 were at a slower pace, but got more and more intense after that, very painful, mowed the lawn for recovery (no sitting, no just walking around right after, went right to the mower) use an old-style push mower, no motor, no gas.
just missed PR's in the overhead squat and jerk behind the neck, think I'll only train these once a week now.

I squatted 385 today for a single, which I believe is a PR for me. I used a belt and wraps. I tried 405 too and it turned around on me just after the hole.

Squat: 420 x 2 w/ centurion, powerpants, and a belt (and no wraps yet).
First squat session in 1.5 weeks. I think im good for 450 or more for the upcoming meet, but we will see in the following training sessions.

Nice man I like doing raised deadlifts as well for power off the floor in my deadlifts.
I weigh 206 right now and plan on competing in the teen 18-19 198 lb weight class.

Ive actually lost some weight recently, down to 202.
Today had a bench session but no spotter so I just decided to do lockouts and some board press afterwards.
Lockouts: 315 x 3, 365 x 3, 385 x 3 (last one i paused at the top for 5 seconds).
3 Board Press(all reps paused); 295 x 5
