That lift, IMO is the most impressive lift out of the conventional lifts.

Yeah I was stuck on 175 for awhile so I switched it up and did Push Presses in my last session. That explosiveness in the movement I think helped me to bust out of the plateau.

Yesterday I got 455x8 on squats. 3 days off really helped. People in the gym now think I'm on drugs. hahaha

Sheesh gib you must be a damn beast! My military press has been stuck forever...you mentioned doing push presses (using a little dip and the legs to push up right?) but what else did you do to get your MP so high?
