Nice work Tim. That's a very impressive deadlift. Never done a snatch, but they look pretty hard so I'd say that's pretty good too.

I could say something about "doing a snatch"...

But I won't.

Great PR's guys... especially tim.

Speed Squats (raw) low box: 315 was used for my last 3 sets. This is a pretty huge milestone for me. Will brief up next week and see where I'm at for some heavy doubles.

Raw Sumo (no belt) Deadlift: 500 x 1

600+ is falling soon. Gotta work my lockout strength this upcoming weak and keep hammering hips and abs.

I know what I got to work, just gotta stop being a bitch and do it.

Also... gained a ****load of weight from water retention I guess. Being sick can only make me thin for a short amount of time it appears haha. Back up to 233. Wow. What a crazy ass month this is.

Will be posting pictures of me when I get down to 205.

good lord, you guys are on a roll! Nice work all around.

Finally broke my shoulder press, after 3-4 months of being stuck at the same weight.

Barbell Shoulder Press: 90#

Nice PR gymgirl.

I'm bigger and heavier than you and that's about what I've been working with lately. You are pressing what they guys are. Impressive stuff young lady.

Congrats on your snatch PR.

I'm sure a video of your contest performance would be a very popular thread here at Discuss Fitness. Attack the bar on contest day!
