The PR thread

This is the thread for your new strength-related PRs, so nothing like "I gained a half inch on my biceps." Only pushing more weight.

I'll start it off, I hit a 40 lb PR in the snatch-grip DL, 315 lbs. My legs have gotten much stronger since I attempted it last so I thought I'd give it a shot.

Nice pulling beef, 490 is a pretty sick DL for your weight.

it was 3 days overdue (dang cat had kittens) but today i pulled a 500 deadlift. i was all jacked up all week about it then when i went in i got all warmed up and ready and when i threw on the last plate "eye of the tiger" came on. coincidence? i think not. i couldnt get a pic. i wanted to go earlier so i could get the wife to go and take a snapshot of it but couldnt. either way,

I AM A DEADLIFT MACHINE.

I hit a huge new front squat PR today, 270 lbs. My old was only about 245, shows how much my leg strength has been improving lately.

Beef Im sure you glutes, hams, and lower back will thank you later lol... but anyways how much lower back mass do you have? Do you think that doing that 1test cycle helped you get that? Would you reccomend it?

im not sure how much that helped. i pulled 465 about a month-2 before so its not unreasonable to think i could have pulled it without. im going to try to get pics up soon.

with the new ph ban i would say just go for the real deal. better results with less sides. do a LOT of research and talk to a lot of people with personal experience.

Oh I see, yeah you definitly could have pulled that without the one test... but anyways what kind of sides did you experience while on it acne, hairloss or anything of that nature? Oh yea and how did you PCT go after it?

I hit a personal record of 180 for Good Mornings. GM's are great for beefing up the lower back and hammy's and regardless of the fact that it's not too common of an exercise, that 180 was HEAVY!
