Thinking Of Switching..

To Powerlifting from Bodybuilding, Ive been Bodybuilding for about 5 months now, added a LOT of mass to myself, all my lifts shot up very quickly but have sort of slowed lately, I've already got the "your looking much broader" compliments, but now i want some "your strong as a damn bull" compliments LOL, basically though, i checked out some Powerlifting workouts on fortifiediron.com and they basically confused the hell out of me, ima total newbie to Powerlifting lol, Also i guess another bad thing would be i dont have huge amounts of equipment, a bench, dumbell and barbell sets is what im working with here, anyone got some good beginner Powerlifting programs for me to try?

For right now, you can train the bench and deadlift. You should look into getting a squat rack or power rack.

5x5 training is ideal for strength.

It's not ideal, but it's not bad, FiredUp.
