can any one please tell me names of different types of oylmpic weightlifting programs
for example, in bodybuilding theres, HIT, GVT, etc.

I think weightlifting (and strength & conditioning in general) is a little more strait forward than most bodybuilding programs. Don't get me wrong, you can get lost in complex macro, micro & meso-cycle programs, but I think for the most part weightlifting is based on various forms of wave loading and progressive overload.
Most any exercise science text or strength & conditioning manual would cover what is generally accepted (not to say that they are correct though).
Also, important to note that there is a different philosophy attached to eastern and western programs (and by eastern I mean Eastern Bloc, China, etc, and by western I mean the US). Also interesting that American's have not been successful at following these eastern programs. Tommy Kono told us in a seminar that all the lifters from York Barbell (back when American lifters had some success) excelled at 3-day a week programs and the 5-day a week, 2 workouts a day stuff left guys weak and overtrained.

oh...i mean like workout splits and exercises
for me right now i'm on a tuesday go for a max snatch and thurs go for a max cj...
i'm trying to get into more of an eastern way of lifting...drop jerk and OH squats
and just looking for some examples that i can tweak my work out with

There are plenty of good books out there to assist you on this particular path. I highly suggest you check out Tudor Bompa's books for periodization information (Eastern world style) - which is how you would phase in and out of training (as Dan mentioned macro-micro cycling). Bompa puts a lot of emphasis on a more linear periodization.
The Westside barbell club has written articles on using Eastern style periodization and olympic lifting. You may want to check them out as well.

Here is something relatively new written by Joe Dube who won a bronze medal in the 1968 Olympics and is the last American to win a gold medal in the World Olympic Weightlifting Championships, almost 40 years ago in 1969:

If you look in the archives from a few months back they did a 2 month training cycle of olympic lifts.
Not that there is anything wrong with old programs from former accomplished lifters, but neither is there anything wrong with newer, more up to date programs that have benefited from the experiences of the past and "evolution".
