Ass to grass: 275 x 4 x 5, 285 x 5
Front squats (ass to grass): 185 x 8, 225 x 3
I officially bench more than i squat.

pierini: Will definitely stop by from time to time. Discussfitness is what changed my health around a long time ago. Even though right now my goals are different from most df members, as I am having less time, I am gearing myself towards more general fitness. In fact, I've been doing cardio sporadically last few months and want to do more. Always good to see some familiar faces in an area of my life that I still find important and probably always will. I know your trainings been good as always
