very nice ncgirl , but it looks like u dont need to lose anymore , see im 5f3 and 136 1/2 now , ive dropped almost 7lbs so far in like 3 weeks i began at 143 lbs i do cardio mondays , wed., and fridays and on tue , thurs., and sat. i do weights with 5 and 10 lbs weights and i take off on sundays unless i miss one of my days during the week . plus i eat a very
low fat diet with none of them wanna be pills that r suspose to make u thinner lol . but anyways mythought on your shape hun is u look great as you r . and your very pretty by the way ! well keep up the good work and hope you reach your goal .
