Current

Hey! Here's a link for some before pictures:
http://www.geocities.com/dreaswebpage/index.html

I'm currently 5'8 and 145. I would like to lean out (especially my lower body) and get to 130. Any help would be appreciated!!!

I'll post some more when I loose some weight.

Well, it's hard to make specific suggestions without knowing what you're currently doing nutrition/activity-wise but here's a general thought: don't be afraid of resistance training.

Way too many women think even looking at weights will make them bulky or masculine and it just ain't so. Resistance training is a great fat-burning tool and should be part of any program.

I don't follow a specific "diet" I just try to eat clean 80% of the time and while I am less strict on the weekends, I do still try to make good choices. I work out with weights 3 times a week and I do cardio three times a week. I use low weights on my upper body (not very strong yet) and for lower body I do squats, lunges and the weight machines at the Y.

: Sounds like you are on the right track NCgirl. You should be proud of yourself. ( You're very pretty! )

Come on guys....Give her a break. She gave you a pretty good idea what she looks like with all the pictures. Maybe she's not comfortable enough to show you stomach shots yet. She doesnt have to take her clothes off for you! ha ha ha. Keep it in your pants!
