EDIT:
I should note that my transition has been slow. I am a 40-something grandmother. I work 45 hours per week on average and drive 1 hour each way. I am working on my Masters degree (only 3 classes left). And still eat 5-6 meals per day and workout religiously. I do cheat occasionally like last night's Blackened Chicken Pizza and Beer! YUM!

You look great, within a few more months at the rate your going your bodyfat should be pretty low looks to me like you've lost quite a bit of weight and fat.. great job im working on dieting down myself. You look good now but by the middle of this summer you'll be one hot grandma with the progress your making! lol

Actually, my weight is only 5 lbs different. I was 125 now I am 118-120. My bodyfat has gone from 26% to ~16%

Stunning progress Lady C, again, like cursor, you've managed to accomplish that goal of losing the fat but not the muscle .... and you look great for it. Big congratulations to you - also, I hope you have continued success.... your dedication is second to none especially with that busy scheduale. Keep goin' , great transformation.

Did u say u had been stuck for a year or somethin?
Since u are so thin, maybe u cood gain like 7-8 lbs of muscle and then try to lose some fat for the 6pack?
Just throwing ideas

Progress is comin on nicely. Only thing I would say is that it'd help if you tried to take pics in similar lighting. It seems to me that the lighting in the last set of pics is not showing off as much definition as you may have gained.
