Here are a couple of pictures of me at 21.5% body fat. As stated before, if you don't have the stomach then please do not view.

I can't wait to get down to 15% BF.

No not at all everyone should have goals and strive to look their best, but IMO you look damn fine as you are!

It really doesn't look to me like you have that far to go. Posting your pics is a good way to effectively evaluate you and make better workout and nutrition recommendations. Lookin' great so far ... now let's get those abs a poppin' out!

you dont sound shallow, and you look beautiful too. you've got a great body so stop worrying

remember that 21 may sound high, but on a guy that would be on 14%! thats really low, you're almost where you want to be so stop worrying. the worst thing you can do is feel bad when you look as good as u do!

I don't know how tall you are, but you and I have the exact same body shape!
I am bigger in the chest, but I bet I'm older than you too, plus two kids, etc... My tummy has baby marks too (stretch marks)
How tall are you?
You are too cute - I'm sure you can chissel your ables with the right focus and work.

Hi Timbers,

I hope I don't look too young. I always had such a baby face. I am 5'3" and 25 years old.

My chest used to be a little bit bigger before I lost 12 lbs. I don't mind losing that area too much though..I had such a hard time getting a guy to look in my eyes when they were talking to me instead of wondering elsewhere.

Thank you for the admiring comment.

Don't be so hard on yourself, you look great. I wouldn't even say you looked near 21% BF

question Laura, what's the purpose of your goal? Is it a personal self-confidence thing or is it to try and become more attractive to guys (or girls if thats your thing - no judgment here)

That's very simple..I am doing it for myself. Yeah, I need to work on a lot of areas. I probably should be concentrating on the inner soul more than the physically one, but the physical body is more tangible.

P.S. I am attracted to guys.
