Why "sell" people programs? Why not just give them the bare bones and basics of metabolism and nutrition? After all, im not sure you have some miracle program that no one knows about.

By posting exactly what I did, I am GIVING people the concept of how my program works... it's not hard to follow it!
If people want my help, I think it's fair to ask for some type of financial renumeration...
Ever hear the saying , "I can't work for free" ?

My wife finally hit her weight loss goal!
I am not sure why my wife's previous thread was closed... so I am going to start a new one for her
We started dieting together in February... since then she managed to lose almost half her body weight... The photo pretty much speaks for itself!

That's like an extreme makeover. Please don't take this in a negative with Andre, but your wife went from overweight and unattractive to HOT!
Just shows how much a person can improve with hard work.

Serious congratulations are in order to your wife (Natalie ... right?) It's amazing what we all have underneath that layer of fat. I expect that her example will provide many others with the necessary motivation to discover that they too are "foxes."

Haha well put Cursor! But Congradulations To your wife! I really admire people who are overweight but willing to change that about themselves. It brings motavation to those who do not have it. Anything is possible to a willing heart, and your wife proved that. She is a very attractive lady, and shows that beauty is hidden in everyone. Once again, congradulations! to both you and your wife. I never did post a reply on your transformation, but I just want to add that You also showed everyone what a bit of effort and perserverence can do to someone.....which is make them big and ripped  ....lol

Hey Andre',
I wanted to know is she still on the same diet and routine? I remember she was on a really low caloric intake, is she still?
If she changed something, what did she change?
And most of all, now that she reached her goal, what are her new goals?

"I wanted to know is she still on the same diet and routine?"
She is weight training and doing cardio 6 x week. Her program is simmilar to what is was, however she is moving to a lower rep routine (20 vs 10). Her diet is still very low in calories, however she is gradually increasing the calories on a weekly basis so that she can be at her maintenance caloric intake within the next month or so.
"And most of all, now that she reached her goal, what are her new goals?"
Her goals are to maintain her level of 'leanness' while working on toning and adding some lean mass.
I am trying to convince her to join this board... she is a little shy and was very turned off by the level of skepticism I received on several other boards I am a member off...
I plan on printing our before and after photos and sending them out to all the major fitness publications... Keep in mind she accomplished what she did without any surgery or the use of any illegal or performance enhancing drugs.
It's also important to point out that our progress has been monitored on a weekly basis by a weight loss doctor that we have been working with here in Montreal since we started back in February.
My next before and after photos will be off my 55 year mom... she is now down 62lbs, with about 8lbs left to go. She no longer requires high BP medication and her mobility has DRAMATICALY improved... she used to have a hard time getting around, now she walks 8KMs a day (2 x 4) with her Golden Retriever puppy. Her calves are more impressive looking than mine
