Some pictures

So ive been doing HIIT for a week and started jumproaping , so when im not doing HIIT ill be doing jumproaping (i have free of all exersizes (sp) day on sunday) and some workout on Crossbow, and i have pretty good diet and tomorrow will start eating breakfast, so i have 4 more weeks (including this one) before my vocation . and its first time i can see my hips like that . . . . well i think there hips. And im very proud that i can do backhand bridge (no idea how its called) without ANY help and walk while at it , so it shows my muscles are getting stronger. And i still have layer of fat over them. And my stomach seems to stand out? im not sure how to say it but you can see it on one of the pictures, when its relaxed , is there any way to make it flat? or can it just become flatter as i loose wieght (and problem is in not my fat standing out but the stomach) and this is the last picture and the only picture im not relaxed in

Well - you are considered a normal female. And losing that last bit of fat to make the tummy flat is the toughest part. It is mostly diet and lots of hard work in the gym. Keep working at it and it will eventually start to reduce.

Geez, you are not standing up straight! I think that the photo looks bad because of your posture. You don't have half the problem you think you have. Stand up straight shoulders back, chest high and hold in your belly. You'll look like any covergirl.

OMG - you are worried for that? I know 16-18 year old cheerleaders who have further to go. Stick to the clean eating, get your exercise, it will be great.

wow.

i WISH i had your "problem"!

add two or three 30-minute low- to moderate-intensity **fat-burning** workouts per week - not "cardio", since that improves muscular fitness mostly and does a bit of fat-burning on the side. walking, biking, whatever. that will deal with that little bitty tricycle tire remnant in short order.

other than that, don't forget that the majority of females kind of have to have a slight "paunch" because of certain anatomical structures with which we're equipped. i doubt you're willing to resort to a complete hysterectomy just to flatten a bit of tummy.... of course, i could be wrong...

btw: where i live, the girls are *all* cultivating that "skinny girl with the bitty tummy" appearance. they walk around in -40C weather wearing crop tops and wear belly rings and so on and so forth.
