Back after 5 years

Hi. I used to post on here a long time ago. It has probably been about five years. I learned a lot from this site and have always incorporated its lessons into my fitness activities.

What has happened in five years? Well, my body has aged five years! Working out and staying fit 'n trim are not as easy as they were before. I've come back to the Jedi temple to re-educate myself on how to stay in shape as Father Time takes his toll on me.
