Back in the saddle.

Back in the saddle, and ready to rock and roll again. Some of you might remember me from early last year. I was doing well, and lost about 35lbs before falling off the horse and not getting back on.

Well I ended up gaining all the weight back, plus maybe 5.

Sitting at 5'9" 265lbs. But over the past week, I have cut out soda's again, and switched up diet. Trying to get it down and will be posting in next couple days to try and get it setup correctly again. Started walking, and about to get back into riding the bike and signed up for a local small gym.

Just thought I would say hey.

Welcome back. Maybe stay a little longer this time.

You say that you want to get your weight down. Just like I just posted on someone else's thread: how bad do you want it?

Start an online training log and submerge yourself into what is here. If you really want it bad, then all the resources and support you'll need is here.

Have a great day!

I remember you Lewtz. You know what you have to do from your last go-round. Now you just have to stick with it and make it a lifestyle. Be confident in yourself. If you did it once you can do it again -- and better this time. You have our support.

Thanks man. I was going strong and then some lifestyle decisions feked it up. Shouldn't be hard, just gotta stick with it.

Thanks for the support.
