Welcome back. I saw your journal entry. Best wishes on success towards your "rebuilding" goal. I know how hard and sometimes discouraging it can be when we see our former selves and want it back. It's still in there so all you gotta do is bring it out. I kinda let myself go over the last year and a half too. Apparently, too many doughnuts and not enough weights cost me about 30lbs of hard earned muscle. Just as I shall get it back, you can too. You know what to do and how to do it and you are at the right place to find encouragement. The motivation...that's got to come from inside yourself.
