'ello


'ello all! just thought i'd pop in and say Hi!

i've been working out for around a year, loosing around 2 stone, 12kg, 26lbs. My main workout was a three day split accompanied with 2/3 days cardio (running). Things have sorta all calmed down now and i'm not sure on whats goin on, ain't lost fat in awhile, so i thought i'd have a look on th net and found this place.

I don't have any knowledge in all things diet related so if anyone could post up some links on basic dietry info- maybe something like a step by step guide to diets or diets for dummies i'd be a very happy chappy.

Hi there,
Welcome! Glad to have you here. Congrats on the weight loss so far! As far as diets and nutrition go, there are no rules as to what works and what doesn't, because everyone's needs are so different. Some general guidelines are to drink plenty of water, eat high fiber foods, stick to as many unprocessed meals as possible, and balance meals with complex carbs and lean proteins.
