'ello all! just thought i'd pop in and say Hi!
i've been working out for around a year, loosing around 2 stone, 12kg, 26lbs. My main workout was a three day split accompanied with 2/3 days cardio (running). Things have sorta all calmed down now and i'm not sure on whats goin on, ain't
lost fat in awhile, so i thought i'd have a look on th net and found this place.
I don't have any knowledge in all things diet related so if anyone could post up some links on basic dietry info- maybe something like a step by step guide to diets


or diets for dummies


i'd be a very happy chappy.
