hey guys i used to work out about 4 days a week and have not been to the gym in about 5 months due to family problems. i have gained some weight and would like to lose the weight while gaining more muscle. i am taking muscle milk, creatine monohydrate, and 100% whey protein. any input would be great. thanks!

i am starting my workout routine next week. i do my biceps and back one day hten triceps and chest and then legs on alternating days. i do abs everyday that i can.
