Exclamation

Hello

Hey,

New member here from Canada with a question; if I lift light (10lb dumbell) and curl and whatnot will I gain strength even though I can lift more than that because the only ones I have access to are a 10lb and 30lb, and its better for me to lift 10, I can hardly lift 30 with one arm, I'm only young, and I haven't done this before.

Hi Massive. Use your 10 pounder for most of your workout, but do add a rep or two with the 30 pounder (just be careful to use good form so you don't get hurt). Before you know it you will be looking for heavier dumbbells.
