Hello!!

Hello Everyone.

My Name Is Danielle And I Am Looking For Any Info On My Grandfather Guy Brunetti. He Passed Away About 3 Yrs Ago And I Remember Hearing Him Tell Sotrie About Being A Wrestler. My Son Was His Biggest Fan And I Want To Make A Memory Book About Him So My Son Will Always Have A Piece Of Him. I Saw His Name Refrenced In A Posting So I Am Hoping Someone Can Help Me.

Thank You In Advance
Danielle

Welcome to DiscussFitness Danielle.

Your best bet if you have not already been there are the various wrestling websites. I typed in your grandfather's name in the search function and a ton of stuff came up including great photos. I have spent some time in the past on these websites and there are some great discussion boards.

I grew up on the stuff that your grandfather did but I do not recall him. I wish you the best and may your grandfather RIP.

Have a great day!

Was your grandfather a good guy or a bad guy wrestler? Did he have a favorite finishing hold? I love old school wrestling - it reminds me of my youth when life was much simpler.

I'm too busy right now to surf the wrestling boards but I sure could spend alot of time there. Old school is tops!

he was one of the good guys aka the baby face. him and my uncle wrestled tag team back in the 50's and 60's. he never really talked about his moves much only the people he wrestled. he won a bunch of matches and titles. . we miss so much. i am trying to find out as much info about him so i can put it all together for my 5 year old son.

I'm a little busy right now but your sharing about your grandfather makes me want to learn more about him. It will be an after April 15th project for me.

The old school wrestlers were masters of psychology - they sure knew how to "sell" their moves. Fan adrenaline was amazing.
