Hello everyone

I am not a new member as you can see by the number of posts. But, it has been a long time since I been active on the board. Due to many life changes (happy to say all for the better) I found little time to participate...

With a new commitment to working out I am back. I see some familiar names and many new names. This is why I am introducing myself or re-introducing myself in this forum..

Best wishes...

Scott

Hey scott, Welcome back!

I might not of had much to offer you, but I have been reading. Nice to see you posting. What motivated you to get back at it?

I used to enjoy the postings and available resources on the site. I've continued to workout since my last visits years ago. Laltely, it was more to stay in shape, but now I want to kick it up a notch. Dicussing fitness with people having similar goals is a good motivating factor.

I was also have a new commitment to my journal enteries. Been very laxed lately with documenting my food intake. I pretty much eat well and the same thing over and over but will need to committ to that aswell..

So I am back and hope to contribute. Thanks for asking.
