Cool

Hello! (First Post)

Hi everyone,
I'm Sally-Anne but everyone usually just calls me Sally, I am 22 years old and I live in South east queensland australia. I am stuck in a job I hate and hoping to become a personal trainer. Which is pretty strange considering I have just started to exercise (love my puppy!),and i have some extra baggage but it's what I want to do.

I'm currently in the hospitality industry but I hate it. My work enviroment sucks and so do my bosses. (My Friend Sam who was fired from the cafe agrees with me. hehe)

Ummm I have no idea what else to say. My favorite TV show is house md it rocks my socks.

Well I gotta go

See ya!

Welcome to DiscussFitness, a great place to be for those who are serious about their health and fitness. Glad you decided to join us.

Tell us a little more about your fitness goals and the type of help we can offer to help you get off to a good start.

Also consider starting an Online Journal here and log your training. It's a good way to build training discipline.

Have a great day!
