Hello everyone.
I have been browsing on this forum for a long time now, 2 years maybe, not quite sure, but a fair while. I have made a few post with a few different accounts. I've a bit older now and have matured a bit, so I'm going to settle for one account, this one.
I live in Australia
I am 17 and 3 months, 165cm, 63.8kg (approx)
I am currently consuming about 2900 calories per day.
I used to lift for hypertrophy, did pretty crap, then I improved. I then discovered power lifting, and joined a club (not a formal club) and trained for strength for 2 weeks or so, and the coach guy told me to enter a competition.
I came second in the competition

pretty good yeah?.. well there was only 2 competitors in my division.
Anyway I realized as much as i would like the strength and continue training with those goals, but more of a bodybuilding structure suited me and was more desirable on my behalf. So here i am, now training for size again, but i have incorporated a bit of power lifting into my routines.
