Hey guys. Im somewhat new. I used to post a long time ago but I decided to start over because this time im serious about my health. I'm 5'6 and weigh about 180. I want to lose some weight and gain more muscle. Currently I go to LA Fitness and play basketball. Just today I went to the gym and did 10 minutes bike and 15 minutes eliptical, whatever its called, during my lunch. I'm am in need of a diet to use at work so thats why I came here.
