Welcome to DF. We'll be looking forward to your participation. I'm sure you've got a lot to share with your background.

Kamloops is a great place to be from.:

Welcome to the board, EliteLift. Any tips from your gymnastic days to keep the shoulder joints healthy?

iron crosses dips pushups handstand pushups proper warm-ups lots of stretching. although i never really found gymnastics particularly hard on my shoulders mostly my core, trampoline can be hard on the lower back when you going 20feet high and i did get shin splints from tumbling

lol yea there i bit tricky and i haven't tryed them in well over a year. i was thinking about going back just to play around and see what i can do, i know i'm better at tumbling than i was when i left due to increased full body strength and that fact that that every time i'm on a soccer feild or and flat grass surface i cant resist the urge to tumble.
