Hi everyone,
I am new here, and have really enjoyed reading this forum the past few day's.
My wife and I have recently started to get ourselves into better shape.
We purchased a
elliptical machine and are really enjoying it. I am here trying to learn what other things we should do as well to help us reach our goals.
Our goals are pretty basic I guess. To simply be in better
physical condition.
I am 40, 5'7" 135-140 lbs.
She is 38 5'7" somewhere in the 1teen's.
I am worse off than her.. I smoke, dont eat or sleep right.
Those are the 3 things i immediately need to work on.
They say in order to quit smoking you really have to want to. I think I am finally there. I am going to give it a go this week

She sleeps better, eats better and never smoked.
I just wanted to say hello and let you all know how mch I am enjoying reading all of your post's. I have learned so much in the short time I have been here.
