Hi I'm HEK

SO I found this site by mistake or as some would call faith, I'm not a kid since I may be the oldest person here( not sure at 47 who knows).
Was a bodubuilder back in the early 90's training in Hartford ZAK's, which game the opportunity to meet some great bodybuilder's as the Barbarians Bros and the late Kay Baxter, anyways not until I remarried my wifes son of 16 years has asked me to help him train which deep inisde has brought the bug back in me.
I now have an olympic set of weights, curling bars, a thread mill, bike and a pilates thing...lol, (inheret this unit).

Back in the day I susbcribed to Muscle and Fitness now is more like Import Tuner ..anyway I wanted to say hellow and hope to learn any new technique or product available "now" that would help me increease muscle mass and reduce fat....

Welcome to DF!

Nah, you're definitely not the oldest person here. But you'll find a lot of good people and good advice and support here.

Hello HEK and welcome to Discuss Fitness.

At age 47, you are a young pup and definitely not the oldest one here, but nonetheless, we are glad you are here. Consider adding your own Online Training Journal like so many others here do. You'll get great feedback from others and the sense of community that exists here.

Have a great day from an older pup, age 51.

Welcome HEKTOR. I'm 47 too, so you are never too old to get bitten by the bug (again!).
