Hi there

My name is Tina and my boyfriend and I just got gym memberships to get into shape. He has weight to lose and I want to gain some good muscle.
We're both in Ontario, Canada and have really had enough of the cold, windy, wet weather, but things are looking up finally. So, we're both ready to get outside and we want to look better.

Ok. What I'm looking for, mostly, is a template for tracking my weight training. I do split workouts, upper and lower body, and I need a log to track what weight I lift, how many reps and sets and whether I've added any weight because I'm feeling extra strong that particular day. I want a page I can print off every day to take with me to the gym. i've tried making my own charts in Word and Excel but they look like crap because I don't really have the knowledge of Excel to make the chart user friendly. I don't really want a book that I have to drag around every machine or free-weight area. A light piece of paper would be more convenient for me.
Does anyone know of a website I can get a sample log template for upper and lower body that I can download and print off??

Thanks.
Looking forward to checking out more of the site tomorrow. Right now, it's time for bed! ;o)
Tina

Try this: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...482871033.aspx

I make my own. It's not complicated. I just use the "table" feature in word.

BTW, welcome!

Thank you

I appreciate the reply, and the welcome.
I used your advice and put together my own workout log using Word.
It took me awhile to get everything I wanted in it, but it's pretty good.
Thanks again.
Tina
