hiii :-)

hey everyone,

I'm 24 year old fem. I currently weight 130 lbs and my goal is to weight 110 lbs.

Right now my biggest road block to that goal is myself (my lack of motivation)! Hopefully being part of a community such as this will bring back my zeal to lose those nasty 20 lbs

all comments, suggestions, etc are welcome and apprecaited!!!

Hello....

Welcome to DF! I think you'll find this community a positive place to learn and help with your fitness goals. Start a journal that will help with movitvation as well. Also, keep a food diary so you know what you eat and when. One of the biggest problems that people stumble on is what they eat. So if it is in front of you, you'll know what is working and what is not!

Anyway, welcome aboard! Look around and don't be afraid to ask questions!

Hello and welcome to DF.

If you don't mind sharing, how tall are you? 110 may or may not be a healthy weight depending on your height and build.

Are you currently on an exercise program? What are your eating habits like?

Hey, we like short people here too. No height requirements to be on DF.

Depending on your build, 110 lbs is likely a reasonable goal for you. Just don't get too hung up on the number. Make sure you pay attention to how your clothes fit. You may even want to get a tape measure and take a few measurements. Progress is hard to see in ourselves, and the scale isn't always the first place it shows.
