Hi Everyone,
I am new to the board and am hoping someone will be able to help me. I have been taking Hoodia Gordonii now for 4 days. I read so much good stuff about it, yet have not had any results at all. My feeling of hunger has not diminished at all. Do you think this whole Hoodia thing is a hoax or is it just too soon? Thanks in advance.

Never heard of it, but it's unlikely you are going to find fitness and good health from a bottle alone. Don't believe everything you read or hear. You can get great results with a little determination, consistency and dedication.
I would say it is mostly hype. Beware of supplement companies. They are out to separate you from you cash, so unless you are reading about how well something works from real people (like those who skulk around fitness discussion boards) then chances are the supplement is worthless.
