Greetings from the UK! My name is Stuart and im 22 years old. I have been interested in health and fitness my whole life but only seriously began 'bodybuilding' 2 years ago and became addicted to the lifestyle, so much so that I plan to compete in a natural federation next year.
Im around 83kg at the mo at 5'10, I will continue to plug away with my offseason eating and training for the rest of the year and look forward to dieting down for my first show. 500g+ carbs a day is what I shoot for at the mo and Im getting some good, steady gains.
