I Am SoulDoubt

Hi all,

Newbie here as well..lemme give you a breakdown.
I'll be turning 34 soon, I'm 5'11" about 172 lbs and around 20% body fat.
I am guessing the 20% maybe 18, but most of it is in the rotund thing
on my gutt that most people I hang out with refer to as "The Buddha".
I am looking to get back into working out. I've been spending a lot of time
searching and reviewing a lot of information on the boards and I am almost ready to begin. I need to clean out the fridge and get ready for my diet change as well as my workout change. I am looking to cut down to 10%
body fat plus/minus 1% with a possible goal of 160 lbs lean mass. I know it won't happen overnight and I plan on sticking to my guns and going through with it. The great thing is that I love cardio and after the initial few days of warming back up on the weights I'll be remembered of my olden days where I had a very nice six pack.
I'm liking the information I have read on the MAX-OT information and am going to start that off as a beginning. Hopefully, since I am not the master of food as many i read on here, I am guessing a 50/30/20 split on my caloric intake. Once I begin I'll start a jouirnal. I'm hoping to reattract the opposite sex instead of them wanting to push my body back in the ocean for fear I'll die hehe...had to add a little joke...but in all reality here it is...

I'm smoke free for 2 months 4 days right now and am feeling great about it. That was a big enough change and am hoping to make more with working out and getting back in shape. I want to go get a physical to get my cholesterol and blood pressure measured as well as anything else and try to have it updated every 3 months or so to make sure I am on the right track.
Maybe I'll even get the guts enough to take some pics of the buddha muhahaha!

well..Hi everyone!
