i just joined

I'm 22 years old and I have been working out on and off since I was like 14 but just recently have I been really getting into it, and I need all the suggestions I can get, I'm 6'2 and about 195, I eat about 170 or so grams of protein a day because that's what my budget allows me, and I also take creatine 1-2 times a day and glutamine 3 times a day, once when I wake up, once after I work out, and once before bed, I also try to limit my whey protein mix intake to 3 scoops a day, plus all the other foods I eat, I work out about 5 days a week, I wanted to know what are some good pre-workout supplements that actually work and some suggestions on work out days like what I should work out one day when I should rest and so forth, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Why only 3 scoops of the whey protein? Can you not consume too much of the creatine and whey at the same time?

I would presume it is the want to get protein from whole food sources and not to be relying on supplemetnts ie let them supplement the diet only
