Introduction Round 2
Hey everyone,
I am a former DF poster who has fallen off the wagon, so to speak, over the last year. I got a new job (high stress) and moved away from my gym, which I still miss. Over the last year, I have just gotten lazy again and it has taken its toll on my midsection. I have put on about 30 pounds of F-A-T fat in the last year, at least. But, after starting to get the itch to get back into the gym, I remembered how great this place was the first time I got into shape.
So, I am getting back at it officially today. I am going to start my journal up again and get my 210 pound body back! Heading to the store after work to get some good foods and get my lazy butt back into the gym.
