Jaster - Moderator Introduction


I'll take a cue from MOSTMUSCLE and say hi to all the new comers.
I am also a Moderator here. I have
competed in powerlifting events and many all out raw strength competitions. I am a Firefighter so my main focus is on getting stronger and using the strength I gain in real world situations. I have coached the Firefighter Fitness classes to keep our Brothers and Sisters safe and injury free.

Please feel free to ask questions (never feel belittled or intimidated for asking)

well i am lifting weights around 3 times a week and running for about 4 days a week. (you can see my new journal for more info on my workout schedule!) neways. i have a lil flab around my abs and i wanna get rid of it so that my abs will come out. (basically i want a six pack) lol. can you give me any advice on how to get that? thanks for listenin

I'm not Jaster, but I know he will ask what your diet is like.

Post it up so we can see what you're eating. Bodyfat reduction is the best way to show your abs, and the biggest component of that is diet.
