Migraine headache after intense workout

Hey there-Just wanted to see if anyone can give me some advice/reason why I am getting migraine headaches after each workout. A little info: I workout 2x/week with a personal trainer. Workouts are very intense and very hard. Cardio 5x/week for 45 mins. Any thoughts? -Foxyfire

Everyone is different. Reasons may vary widely.

I will get them occasionally. I always figured mine were related to not being hydrated enough. It can also be your workouts are just too intense for your body.

I would talk to your doc. Have you been diagnosed with migraines? Don't guess because a lot of serious conditions can have the same symptoms as migraines.

I have migraines, but luckily don't get them after working out, even if it's fairly intense. I've heard some people say they just can't work out too intensely without getting a headache. I do stay hydrated though. Carry a water bottle all the time at the gym. Drink between each set of weights. Try that and see if it helps.
