Hey all I am the new guy here. I have been into fitness my whole life and am learing something new everyday. Now I am "on a mission" so hopefully I can learn a lot here and even help out a few people.

Thanks...My mission is very possible. Over a year I developed a little slack in my mid section...just got an office job. Currently I am 200 lbs and i would like to see the 220-230 range with body fat in the range of 9-12%. Now I have changed my diet dramatically and cutting out the "bad" food and taking in lots of protien and less bad fat, carbs at night. I am trying to totaly revamp my routine I have now, so I can have something fresh.
