I'm excited about being a member of this forum.
My name is Duane and I'm from the Raleigh/Durham area.
I hope to gain a lot of insight from various members regarding workout tips, routines, and nutrition advice. I have recently re-started my
training program and looking to STICK WITH IT til the end. I want to make this into a lifestyle and NOT a seasonal fad. I've always been a fitness enthusiast and someday hope to become a trainer myself. But I have a LONG way to go before I get there. I am hoping to find others who struggle with their eating/nutritional habits. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who struggles in this area. But anyway, I am so glad to be a part of this site and looking to improve my
overall fitness and am looking forward in corresponding to you in the near future. More to come later.
