OK, but this is not really a fact. If it were we'd all stop working out and sit around watching our muscles grow. Wouldn't that be nice (Hey Todd and Most Muscle - good news, you can take it easy now, you've been doing it all backwards!)

I'm not saying they are growing forever nor am I saying they are getting stronger. I am saying the muscles are repairing damage and "growing" for a time period after you workout.

My skin fold calipers say the fat on my thigh stayed the same, give or take a few milimeters. Can't argue with that. And such there wasn't much fat added, and the thigh got bigger, muscle is what's left. You can't argue with facts.
