Hey all,
i'm new here. just to let you guys know about me. I've been lifting for about four years off and on, and for the past six month have been ubsorbed by it. i used to way 225lbs (of mostly pure mustle) a few month ago when i was in high school track, and since then, lost 25 lbs (some fat, but too much muscle). I am now going in the direction of quality instead of size, and am just having a good time doing it.
so that's me, not too interesting. :
