New Here


My name is Randy, im attending USF, I work out all the time in their gym which is amazing. They have everything you could ever have imagined in a gym haha. Im new so just introducing myself.

I weigh 185
5'11

You did good Randy, nothing else is necessary for a introduction, unless you want to tell us more about yourself and your fitness goals.

Why don't you start a training journal in the Online Journal forum and join us there.

Welcome bro. Good to hear you have a gym that has everything you can imagine. Used to work out at one like that but have found out that all I really need is some weights, a bar, and some dedication.
