Good morning to everyone, I discovered this site while looking for helpful information regarding a possible rotar cuff tear. All the information I read was helpful right down to the popping and clicking noises that I am having. Will be on my way to the clinic this evening for x-rays and will heed the advice of others here who have had this kind of injury...and not lift any weights till fully recovered. This is a great fitness site and I'm sure to be better informed everyday.
