Thanks again

Hey minime,
Thanks for making me feel at home. I am sure I will like it here because I have already been watching the forum for a few days before I registered. Thanks for helping to prove me correct!

Fitness Goals

Well here's where I stand. I'm 6'4". I was recently weighed at the doctor at 316lbs about 3 weeks ago. My goals are to lose 60-75 lbs to start off with. I'd really like to go for 80, but I know that even a small amount can be daunting. I have high blood pressure as well. My doctor informed me that sodium is going to be a major contributor to that problem. I used to be an overeater (duh) and would often eat to deal with stress, problems, and depression. I think I may have conquered that problem. Now it's all about losing weight and staying on a healthy diet. I have started eating 6 times a day using a few of the guidelines I found on another post on this site. http://www.discussfitness.com/forums...day-30550.html

I suppose my goals are as follows :
Lose 60-75 lbs
Lower my blood pressure
not have to by $70.00 jeans from big and tall sections anymore

Also feel free to criticize. I need all the help/support I can get.
Thanks all,
Topher
