Just want to say hi to all and thank Pierini for inviting me to the site. My workouts are from CrossFit and ones from Pierini that he comes up with. I'm 44 - 6' 3" - 246. My goals are better overall fitness. Had been doing the standard weight lifting for about 7 years. Have been doing CrossFit for 2 months. The biggest changes are my joints are a lot less sore and I am running more. Endurance is definitely better also.

You are going to have fun here, not that you are not already. Hope you can complete the pushup/burpee torture challenge today and that your banged up toe doesn't bother you in that effort.
