I am new here, just thought I'd say Hi!
I'm a 34-year-old female, mother of one (7-yr-old boy). I love to workout at home or run - do not do the gym thing. I do a full hour almost every day (usually miss 1-2 days per month). I have a nice set-up that I like with my treadmill, an
elliptical machine, free weights and TIVO plus a DVD player (LOL). Sometimes some loud music when I'm in the mood. My son could literally be considered my
personal trainer because he LOVES to go down to the workout room and play while I work out. He will literally (sometimes) cry if I don't want to go down or if I ran that day and don't need to work out. So, that helps!!
I've been looking for a fitness and wellness type place, this looks like it could be a good one. Hoping to find some interesting discussions.
