I am really happy to have found this site. I'll tell you a bit about me. female, 29 years old, 2 kids, just
quit smoking, and just quit drinking massive amounts of alcohol. My fitness goals are to lose fat, (I am about 50 pounds overweight) tone up, increase
self esteem and increase my emotional well being through exercise. I have worked out in the past but I'm basically a beginner. I would like to start from scratch. In the past I have lost weight by limiting my food intake, which of course doesn't last. Proof of this would be the 30 pounds I lost in 3 months and the 40 pounds i gained back a few months later. And thats about it.
I look forward to learning more from this site.
